On the next field, you need to paste the TalentLMS API Key.

To generate the API Key, follow the process:-

You need to first sign into the account of TalentLMS. Next, click “Account” and tap “Security”. Hit “Enable API”.

You must always change the permalink structure of your WordPress so that your TalentLMS plugin works properly. For this, you need to go to the “Settings” and then tap on the option, “Permalinks”.

On the list of “Common Settings,” you must ensure to check the “Post Name”. Hit the button“Save changes”.

For WooCommerce TalentLMS integration, you must go to the navigation panels. Click “Plugins” and choose “Add New”.

You need to type on the “WooCommerce” on the search field. Next, you need to look for the TalentLMS WP plugin in the repository of WordPress plugins.

Go to the dashboard of the TalentLMS and click the option “Integrations”.

Next, you need to update the cache of your TalentLMS plugin. For this, hit the key “Refresh course list”.

The data is cached from the TalentLMS domain by the TalenLMS plugin. This happens because of the performance issues when pulled into the WP. There may be cases where your course catalogue requires updates to match up with the current catalogue.

Now from the catalogue (the updated one), select the courses that you are planning to integrate as your WooCommerce product.

Point to remember:-

The course that is inactive or hidden on the TalentLMS domain will not be displayed on this list. The categories of TalentLMS Courses are pulled into WordPress by default.

Tap the option “Integrate” to develop the products of the WooCommece from the chosen courses.

Firstly, you need to ensure that the WooCommece store will not allow checkouts for guests. This way, the visitors of your store need to create an account to purchase courses. The account that the visitors develop will be synched to the TalentLMS portal.

• Go to “WooCommerce” and hit the button “Settings”.
• Visit the tab “Accounts & Privacy”.
• On “Guest checkout”, untick “Allow customers to place orders without an account”.
